The accommodations are set up for the number of occupants indicated at the quoted rate per person.
All rooms used for a lower occupancy than designed will be charged a 50% premium for each missing occupant.
If an extra cot is added to any of the accommodations for an additional member of the party the rate is $90 a day.
Children ages 3 and under are free, discounted rates may be available for children age 10 and under ($80 if available).
Portable cribs are available for a rate of $10 per night.
Check in time is 3pm & check out is 10 am.
Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival and all but a $25 handling charge will be returned.
We are sorry but we cannot allow pets.
